After resounding success in Switzerland and throughout Germany, the immersive experience of the year is finally arriving in France, taking place within the extraordinary historical monument: the Palais de la Bourse in Marseille.

Immerse yourself in a dazzling 30-minute visual and sound show divided into 4 parts. A journey through the elements - light, water, earth and plants - represents the first three days of the creation story.the first three days of the creation story: "Genesis". The Palais de la Bourse was the first building constructed during the Second Empire, inaugurated in 1860. Designed by architect Pascal Coste, this building houses the oldest stock exchange in France. It served as the starting point for the major wave of public building construction in Marseille during the mid-19th century. Today, it houses the headquarters of the Marseille-Provence Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

What can I expect from Genesis?

Genesis is an immersive light show in a magnificent historic building in the center of Marseille. The 30-minute show envelops visitors from the very first seconds with soothing music and enchanting animations. From then on, the audience is taken on a musical and visual journey in four parts - light, water, soil and plants - representing the first three days of the "Genesis" creation story.
Please note: the Genesis show is not affiliated with the music group Genesis.

The experience takes place at the Palais de la Bourse, 9 La Canebière, 13001, Marseille.

Does the experience take place indoors or outdoors?

The exhibition will take place indoors.

How long does the experience last?

The visit lasts about 30 minutes.

For everyone's safety and comfort, we recommend that everyone wears a mask during the experience.

When should I arrive?

Please arrive 15-20 minutes before the start of the experiment.

Pets are not allowed, except service animals.

Is there a minimum age for this event?

There is no minimum age for this event. However, we strongly recommend that you do not bring children under the age of 2, so as not to interrupt the show for others. Music is played through loudspeakers, not through personal headphones.

What happens if the concert cannot take place due to bad weather?

The event will be indoors, so weather conditions will not affect the experience.

Tickets are generally non-refundable. Conditions for non-refundable tickets are agreed prior to purchase. Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. Please contact us for more information. Be sure to include your ticket number.

Do I need to print my ticket?

No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever application.

Can I transfer my tickets to another person?

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost. Simply click on "Transfer tickets" in your Fever application. For further assistance, please contact us with your ticket ID.

Where can I find my ticket?

You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever application (you can download it from the Apple Store d'Apple or Google Play). Don't forget to log in with the same e-mail address you used to buy the tickets. The QR code you'll need to present on the day of the concert will also be in the confirmation e-mail.

Can I make a group reservation?

If you would like to make a group reservation, please contact us, specifying your preferred date of participation and the size of your group.

I can't find my ticket. What should I do?

You can find your ticket with the QR code in the Fever application, in the Tickets section. If you don't have it installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Don't forget to log in using the same account you used to buy the tickets. If you still can't find your ticket, please contact us.
